[seqfan] help needed in entering sequences

contains about 20 sequences in Table 3, but only a couple of them 
are in the OEIS, I think. They were worth publishing, so they should
be in the OEIS! If someone would be willing to enter the missing ones,
please post a note here.

(As usual, if every other term is a 0, we leave out those 0's)
