While we're on the subject of keywords, the "dupe" keyword was added at 
one point to mark duplicate sequences, but it was never much used. 
Instead, duplicates that have been around too long to be recycled are 
generally marked as "dead".

There were 4 sequences marked with it; three were true duplicates, the 
fourth was equal to 3 times another sequence. I have now changed the 
duplicates to "dead", and removed the keyword from the other one. This 
keyword should now be retired.
