I've made a new video relating Golden Ratio Base to Zeckendorf and Bunder:

Description:

A variant of Golden Ratio Base replaces the powers of phi with
correspondingly indexed Fibonacci numbers (offset combinatorial version with
f(0)=1, f(1)=1). If you restrict these to the positive indexed Fibonacci
numbers, you see Zeckendorf forms enumerated in order with repetition.
Similarly, if you restrict attention to the negative indexed Fibonacci
numbers, you see the forms defined by Bunder 1992 (Fibonacci Quarterly,
14:2).
