The row offset is the same, the column offset isn't, as the first comment
in A143491 points out. Since the OEIS offset in tables reflects row offsets,
the terms are identical apart from that.
The standard reason to allow such duplication for *important* sequences is
that the set of formulas associated with the two versions can be kept
in well separated pieces of the database.
