[seqfan] maximizing contacts in fcc lattice

Dear Seqfans, A214813 based on Karoly Bezdek's new paper
in Dicrete Comput. Geom.: Choose n oranges
from the fruitstand (or fcc or D_3) packing. What is the max number
of pairs of touching spheres? Needs more terms!

With 4 balls you can make each pair touch, so a(4) = 6.
