[seqfan] Possibly a simpler definition for A168077

[Alonso Del Arte]

The sequence of the numerators of (n/2)^2 for only odd n is clearly the
sequence of odd squares.

But what if we look at all n? The only result I get is A168077, which may
be what I'm looking for or it may not be, it's hard to tell because it's
convoluted.
