I just added a formula to A102909 (https://oeis.org/A102909) (the draft
awaits approval), and I noticed that the formula in the title (%N) section
does not work properly with the given offset and should probably be changed
(rather than changing the offset) to read as:

(n-1)^8+(n-1)^7+(n-1)^6+(n-1)^5+(n-1)^4+(n-1)^3+(n-1)^2+(n-1)+1.

So could someone please make the correction? I hesitate to make such an
edit myself.
