I am only interested in non-one addends of integer partitions and
non-singleton sets of set partitions.
Partitions that differ only in the number of ones or singletons I
count as the same one.
(As well as I count the permutations [3,1,2] and [3,1,2,4,5] as the
same one - row 3 of A195663 .)

One may also order elements of Young's lattice (that what A036036
seems to do), but I think for many cases all the ones are t.m.i.
