[seqfan] Sequence dedication line.

Seqfans,

I was wondering about the utility of providing the formatting code %d, so
(only) the original OEIS author might dedicate a new sequence to someone,
such as is common practice for journal articles. I am working on a new
sequence that I'd like to dedicate to my son, but I don't like the idea of
putting (and I won't put) a dedication in the comments section. Any
thoughts about this?
