[seqfan] List offsets (A007542)

I've been thinking that maybe A007542 should have offset 0 rather than 1,
because 2 is the first input, and thus it is step 0. Though I do
acknowledge that if Conway had regarded 1 as prime, then he might have
started his "machine" with 3 rather than 2:
