[seqfan] A068609 knight spiral typo

A068609 infinite knight's spiral might have a typo in the sample values.
I think the second 37 (fourth last in the samples) might be meant to be
39, based on following the numbers around on the square spiral layout
like

66 -> 37 in A068609 not being a knight move, but rather to 39.  Or at
any rate I see there's two 37s in the sample values which wouldn't be
right if the sequence is a permutation of the integers.
