Harvey, this topic has
come up several times recently. I think the
right way to look at this is, even a partial program is better than nothing.
Far better than doing the calculations by hand!

If you want to make it into a program that actually creates the sequence,
by appending something that reads the array by anti-diagonals,
then please do so.
But remember that for humans, the 2-D array is actually more
useful than reading it by anti-diagonals (which gives the OEIS entry).

So one needs both - the 2-D array and the antidiagonal version.
