[seqfan] reconstructing A176047 (triangle rel. to Hofstadter-Conway)

Can some re-run the proposed Mma code in https://oeis.org/A176047 and
try to verify the terms of the sequence? (The row sums are junk...)
My best bet at the definition (looking at the code) is
t(n,m) = A004001(m+1)+A004001(n-m+1)-A004001(n+1),
but this does not match the terms.
