the sequence of postal rates would seem to be 6, 4, 2, 3, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
8, 10, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 29, 32, 33, 34, 37, 39, 41, 42, 44, and
45.  Neither of the above sequences is up to date, but A125214 also
omits the first three terms of the sequence.  Perhaps A125214 should be
deleted and A097618 should be updated by adding 45 as the last term?
And perhaps, if that is done, the comment field should have a note that
the series is accurate as of July 2012?
