I've obtained the 1958 paper behind A000063 and A000131 and added further
explanation of what is being counted, extensions, formulas and b-files.
(It would be reasonably straightforward to add generating functions based
on the formulas, though I don't think those would be particularly
illuminating.)
Is there a current list of low-numbered or old sequences that it's thought
might reasonably be extended or have b-files added given better
information about the definition or about methods for calculating the
sequence? (Perhaps the wiki would be a good place for such details of
sequences that have been found problematic by those who've tried to
systematically compute lots of the early sequences?)
