[seqfan] nXn Binary Matrices Squared Still Binary

A122527 is pretty useless without a proper definition, but it 
is plausible that they are not defined the same. A122527 could
be a finite sequence that ends with a square matrix. I can
imagine that an n*n matrix defined as in A121231 might be
represented by some 7*n matrix if n<=7, though no specific
method comes to mind.
