I have not heretofore suggested this, as I understand it involves a bit 
of work I cannot personally do (I once had a friend who said "to suggest 
is to volunteer").

At any rate, I though it might be nice if there was a review wizard that 
an editor might use as a review tool. The wizard would ask the reviewer 
questions about the sequence content and format in order to improve the 
quality and standards conformity of sequences. Among these questions 
might be a question about link order.
