[seqfan] Non-primes/primes: integers and digits alternate

Hello SeqFans,
- a non-prime integer must be followed
by a prime;
- a prime must be followed by a non-prime;
- the same with the sequence's digits 
(non-prime digits are 0,1,4,6,8,9);
- start with a(1) = 1
- take always the smallest available
integer not already present in the
sequence and not leading to a
contradiction -- olé!

T = 1,2,4,3,6,5,8,7,9,29,20,31,21,59,24,71,26,79,28,263,12,13,15,17...
(...)

[this is a nightmare to compute by hand;
please forgive the possible errors above]
