I'm certain everyone already noticed this, but for m = 1, maybe there is a
clue in that the central terms {2,4,7,11,16,...} of your array seem to be

T_1(n,n) = 1 + A000217(n) = 1 + n*(n+1)/2,

while, for m = 2, the central terms {3,9,22,46,...} look like they might be

T_2(n,n) = 1 + A051744(n) = 1 + n*(n+1)*(n^2+5*n+18)/24,

for n = 1,2,...
