Perhaps my understanding of 'nontrivial permutation of digits' is at fault:

But I think this excludes the identity permutation?

So:

A007930  Some nontrivial permutation of digits gives an even number.

22, 44, 66, 88, ... Do not belong in this sequence?

A007959  Some nontrivial permutation of digits is an odd number.

11, 33, 55, 77, ... Do not belong in this sequence?
