[seqfan] find generating function?

Hi all,

I ran a sequence through superseeker and all I got back was the following:

The sequence begins 1, 4, 8, 16, 32, 38, 46, 58, 62, 64, 82, 86, 94, 106, 118, 122, 128, 142.  Can someone use the suggestion above to find the generating function that produces this sequence, if possible?  I don't know how to do this.
