Assume that it does. Let the number preceding it be x. The final digit of x must be 1, 2, 4, or 6 in order for the sum of that digit and the first digit of 14 to be prime. Now, x + 14 must also be prime, but the final digit of x + 14 will be 5, 6, 8, or 0 and there is no prime ending in that. Therefore x does not exist and 14 will not show up.
