The example given in A036035 can be mis-interpreted, since the least 
partition where the
Abramowitz and Stegun (graded reflected colexicographic order) and the
Mathematica "Canonical" or (graded reverse lexicographic order) differ is 
for n=6

Mma:  ... {4,2},{4,1,1},{3,3} ...
A&S:    ... {4,2},{3,3},{4,1,1} ...

so it's not just a matter of 'reversal of parts' as the example in A036035 
shows.

My computation of A074140(12) does not agree with the value given.
A074140 are the row sums of A036035 and I might have got the definition
of A036035 wrong. Orderings of partitions can be confusing sometimes.
"Least integer of each prime signature, in graded (reflected or not)
colexicographic order of exponents." Wow!
