Can anyone get me a copy of this article,
which apparently cites the OEIS?
(Springer wants a lot of money for it)

G. Paoletti, Chapter 5, Pattern Formation, Deterministic Abelian Sandpile
Models and Patterns, Springer Theses, 2014, pp. 79-123;

If I get a copy, I will post a note here to that affect.
