[seqfan] Programs needed for two triangles.

The drafts https://oeis.org/draft/A233321 and
https://oeis.org/draft/A233322are both triangular arrays that I worked
out by hand and got just the first
few rows of each. I have been asked to add programs to them but am not able
to comply. Would someone please try to add them as well as b-files with
enough rows to see what (if anything) is going on in the arrays?
