I see 1, 2, 4, 7, and a(5) can't be 8 or 9.  It can't be anything between 10 and 19, since you could take the 1 from a(5) and the 1 from a(1) to make 2=a(2).

But after that, the sequence becomes "integers with only 4,7,8,9 in their decimal representation," which is not very interesting.
