I don't understand the maths, at least not based on what you've given.
Wikipedia says a "characteristic polynomial" is connected to a matrix.
Do you use the matrix to generate the sequence (and of so, how)?

I guess the more general question is: Do you have software that can
automatically generate the 1000 or so divisibility sequences? What are
the parameters, and what range(s) of parameter values should be
generated? This algorithm would also need to generate the
characteristic polynomial, matrix, and whatever else you think is
important (like that Lucas function you hinted at).

Then somebody with direct access to the server could batch-add the
sequences, like they did back in the 1990's with all those "continued
fraction convergents to sqrt(N)" sequences e.g. A042183)
