Found this one last night while searching the paper Encyclopedia for
another sequence: M0749 N0282 A002038: A specially constructed sequence. 1,
2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 14, 15, 21, 30, 35, 42, 70, 105, 210, 221, 230, 231, 238,
247, 253, ... When I was in the library, I forgot to consult the relevant
volume of AMM. Does anyone know off the top of their heads *how* this
sequence is constructed and why that is a special construction?

Al
