Another option would be implementing citation templates similar to
those used in Wikipedia, e.g.,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Cite_journal
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Citation

They are well structured and can be displayed in some standard form in
OEIS as well as exported to bibtex if needed.
