A seed for a sequence in the Collatz 3n+1 where the sum of the sequence is 
divisible by it's seed. The total sum of any sequence also includes the seed 
of that sequence. 

Seed 1 starts the sequence because --- 
1,4,2,1 = sum 8--- 8/1 = 8 
The next is seed 57
