A022922 is defined as "Number of 2^m between 5^n and 5^(n+1)." Sequence
begins {2, 2, 2, 3, 2,...}, with offset 0.

There is a problem with a(0) (ambiguity), so should this definition be
changed to something like "Number of m such that 5^n < 2^m < 5^(n+1)," or
should the condition m>0 just be added to the original definition to
eliminate any doubt, or some combination of the two? I ask because if m=0
is allowed (although I assume it is not), then a(0)=3.
