The sequence as defined should include all primes, since if p is prime, 
Sigma_5(p) = 1 + p^5 == 1 mod p while phi(p)^5 = (p-1)^5 == -1 mod p. The 
non-primes < 10000 in the sequence should be 1, 950, 2024, 2230, 3738, 
5363, 9438, 9581.
