A9190 itself was created on the 11th December 1999 (see [1]), and NJAS
cites "Various postings to math-fun mailing list, 1996-1997.". Eric
Weisstein indicates (see [2]) that you communicated the idea to him on the
10th of February 1997. That article gives a lot of detail; clearly most of
the work on A9190 was being done that month.
