[seqfan] Philippe Deleham's new tree (and A230871)

Dear Seq Fans,
I got an email today from Philippe
Deléham<https://oeis.org/wiki/User:Philippe_Del%C3%A9ham>

about a new sequence, which is now A230871.

He asked me to enter it for him, which I was happy to
do as it appears to be very interesting.

It needs more terms, and a b-file.

Also, could someone enter the sequence of
numbers which appear, and the sequence of numbers
which don't appear ? (Unless of course
they turn out to be sequences that are already
in the OEIS - they may well be, this is all new.)
