[seqfan] Re: Spelling corrections.

This raises a number of questions:
Should not OEIS be restricted to ASCII character set?
If not restricted to ASCII, are any UTF8 characters are allowed (e.g.,
Chinese hieroglyphs, Russian cyrillics etc.)?
If not any, when what characters besides standard ASCII are allowed?
