[seqfan] Comma Sums

On Oct 04 2011 Eric Angelini proposed the subject of Comma Sums.

I have created A230288 from the main sequence there
(it needs more terms and probably a b-file)

But there are several other sequences on that page that could be added, if
someone would like to do that.

For example, the sequence that starts with 396.

In his original message, Eric did not say what you
do when there is a choice. I made this
precise by saying that you
pick the smallest.
