[seqfan] Printed edition of OEIS / Meeting announcement

In 1973, Neil Sloane's book "A Handbook of Integer Sequences" was less than
an inch thick and weighed about 1 pound.

In 1995, the Sloane/Plouffe book "The Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences"
was slightly over an inch thick and weighed 2 pounds.

Now, if printed double sided on 24# paper, OEIS would be about 40 feet long
and weigh over a 1000 pounds.
