[seqfan] Re: Sequences in a French Book not Found in OEIS

The sequence 0, 0, 0, 1, 20, 65, 350 of the book is not found in 
the OEIS because the 20 is a typo and should read 10. (Take row sums
to observe that we need a total of 52).
The sequence is actually A000453, S2(n,4).

The column 1,15,140 is also in the OEIS, A000481. S2(n,5).
