The OEIS has a policy of including published sequences that are wrong. So
could whoever is entering these sequences
please make an entry for 0, 0, 0, 1, 20, 65, 350,
with name "Erroneous version of A000453."
keyword "dead",
and give the reference to the book ?
Thanks!
Neil
