According to this, we should have a(1) = 0, a(2) = A000040(1)*A000040(2) = 
6, a(3) = A000040(1)*A000040(3) = 10, etc, but the given entries are 6, 10, 
29, ... with offset 1,1.

So: change the definition, change the offset, or change the entries?
