The "Crossrefs" for A241212 says "Subsequence of A241059". This seems to be 
a misunderstanding. In A241059 the correspondence between digits in the 
first half and the second half reverses the order (as implied by 
"antipalindromic". Thus A241059 includes 1013, because 1 <> 3 and 0 <> 1. 
But in A241212 the correspondence keeps the order. So 1021 is in A241212, 
but is not in A241059.
