    I emailed Phil: he agrees, A072942(18) is wrong. My values are below.

    Perhaps the Exactly Equivalent Formulation should be the definition.
    That's why "2" never appears in the sequence: Phi(1,2) = 1, which
    is irreducible, but not prime.
