[seqfan] The new banners

Dear Seq Fans, You will notice starting today that
the OEIS banner has changed.
(The Trustees voted 8 to 1 to include my name; I did not vote)
Thanks to everyone who submitted designs - they were
really excellent, and we will use a subset of them in rotation.
You can see them all - and their authors - by clicking the link
under the banner.

The first of the new designs was created by Peter Luschny.
