[seqfan] Re: Nameserving for OEIS is down

As Neil said, our DNS server, Network Solutions, appears to have been
having problems.  It appears to be fixed, now.

In the future, if the same thing happens, it might be possible to use 
the OEIS IP address directly, https://67.23.6.156/.  I don't recommend
this as a general practice, though, just something to try if there is
a DNS failure again.
