Is it permissible to submit a signed version of a sequence currently in the
database?  My feeling is that the signed version is more natural, has some
very interesting properties (which could be expressed in terms of (-1)^n
times the original sequence, but...), has a simple recursion, et cetera.
In particular, the paper to which I'd like to link worked with the signed
version.
