... and V is the sequence where one of the digits, at least, of
any term T of V, can be seen as the difference of two digits of T:

V = 10, 12, 20, 21, 24, 30, 36, 40, 42, 48, 50, 60, 63, 70, 80, 84, 
    90, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 112,
    120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 132, 134, ...

Example :
10 is in V because 1-0=1 and "1" is in "10";
11 is not in V because 1-1=0 and there is no "0" in "11";
12 is in V because 2-1=1 and "1" is in "12";
13 is not in V because 3-1=2 and there is no "2" in "13";
