The answer is provided in the paper referenced by the sequence
http://www.nbi.dk/~predrag/papers/PRD18-78.pdf.
In Table I on page 18 is the apparent source of the sequences.
The sequences A000698, A005411, A005412, A005413, A005414 appear as columns
in the table.
5411 through 5415 are all called "Feynman diagrams of order 2n". They
should be clarified as
"Feynman diagrams of order 2n with exact propagators" for A005411, "Feynman
diagrams of order 2n with proper self-energies" for A005412, etc.
A comment in A000698 says "Also number of nonisomorphic unlabeled connected
Feynman diagrams of order n.", but the table in the paper suggest that this
should perhaps be "2n".
