I would not recommend vixra. It has become a dumping ground for junk.

Looking over the last five papers in the number theory section, I see
proofs of (1) the Beal conjecture, (2) the Riemann hypothesis, (3) the
Goldbach conjecture, (4) what appears to be a variant of the Bunyakovsky
conjecture. The fifth paper does not prove theorems, just pose conjectures
(repetitively, for each congruence class in (Z/30Z)*).
