The next unknown term is now known.

The smallest solution to USigma(x)/x == 22/21 is for:

   x = 8107610881081625211441398582431641600000

   2^15 * 3^11 * 5^5 * 7^2 * 17^2 * 29^3 * 67 * 271 * 331^2 * 521 * 661 * 1889

My search had an arbitrary limit at 10^40; at 40 digits, this number barely
made it under the limit.
