In addition, the A-numbers of sequences are subject to change, and any change would also alter your proposed sequences.  To be frank, I don't think sequences that have anything to do with the A-numbers will get approved.

That doesn't mean it's not interesting to think about, though.  But wouldn't the existence of A000004, the all-zero sequence, make all of your sequences all-zero?

This would not be well defined, as there are many sequences in the first
sequence with as of yet unknown terms.
Discovering a new term to one of these sequences would alter your proposed
sequence.
